Get ready to mark your calendars! St Helens is about to get a major boost to its local shopping scene. A brand-new Artisan Market is officially launching on Saturday 4th April, providing a fresh destination for anyone who loves unique finds and high-quality treats.
The new market has found a spectacular home in the historic No. 7 Bottle Shop at Cannington Shaw. If you haven’t been yet, it’s a stunning venue and the perfect backdrop for showcasing the best creative talent the region has to offer.
We’ve been blown away by both the number and the variety of local small businesses keen to get involved and we can’t wait to get started.
Project Director John Tabern says “We wanted the market to be unique and to celebrate and showcase the talented people whose goods, including artisan food and drink, are crafted locally. We’ve been blown away by both the number and the variety of local small businesses keen to get involved and we can’t wait to get started.”
What to Expect
This isn’t just your average market; it’s a curated selection of:
- Handcrafted Goods: Unique gifts, homeware and art you won’t find on the high street.
- Artisan Food & Drink: Locally sourced treats, gourmet snacks and specialty beverages.
- Community Spirit: A chance to meet the makers and support small businesses directly.
